The Massachusetts Court System has reached an all time low.
After a two-day hearing, Justice Francis X. Spina ordered the 72-year-old lawyer jailed. Currently Attorney Barbara Johnson is an inmate in Framingham State Prison for Woman
Attorney Johnson from Andover, who has fought tirelessly for fatherhood rights and judicial change was jailed for practicing law without a license.
August 19, Eagle-Tribune wrote, Activist lawyer disbarred Barbara Johnson ran for governor in 2002
Johnson claimed her activism in the gubernatorial campaign and on the Internet has put the state courts on the defensive.
“This all has to do with my Web site,” she said, referring to www.falseallegations.com, which offers, among several things, running “Bar Wars” commentary on her legal struggles, records of her criminal and family court cases, legal advice to parents accused of sexual abuse, and an online store – Forever Fascinating – selling T-shirts, mugs, and a “sexually explicit” screenplay.
Johnson said the Web site, which she started in 1998, registered 850,000 hits last year. “That’s 2,500 per day,” she said. “And, when you think, it’s this short, fat, little old lady living in a very dirty house.
The case stems from actions initiated by Susan Strauss-Weisberg, assistant bar counsel, Board Bar of Overseers.
Attorney Johnson has appealed the August 9, 2006, disbarment order by Justice Francis X. Spina. She writes in part, on the first two pages of Spina’s Memorandum, he wrote I uploaded to this website a psychological report.I NEVER put a psych report on my website. He wrote that I did not return pleadings to the Juvenile Court. I was NEVER IN Juvenile Court, NEVER got anything from Juvenile Court, NEVER put anything from Juvenile Court on my website. Therefore I had nothing to return to Juvenile Court.
August 25, the Eagle-Tribune wrote, Johnson lives her life her way
the charges came down just three weeks after the 2002 gubernatorial election.
In that race, Johnson spent $52,000 of her own money, petitioned herself onto the ballot, and got herself on several televised debates with the four other candidates, arguing a platform of father’s rights, court reform, and the abolition of judge immunity.
She also rode an antique firetruck plastered with campaign signs more than 5,000 miles around the state “dousing the flames of corruption in the court system.
Today in a Boston Globe artice, Disbarred lawyer jailed for contempt
Weisberg stated Johnson will be released if she obeys the disbarment order.
That order requires her to notify courts, clients, and opposing lawyers that she is no longer a licensed attorney
Attorney Johnson believes she should be able to practice law while her appeal is still pending to the full panel members of the Supreme Judicial Court.
I believe, the one common denominator with all who post on the Blue Mass Group web site is we agree changes must be made in Massachusetts.

Attorney Johnson closes each email she writes with this following quotes.
The judicial system is very broken. It must be fixed.
There are four people who can do the job:
Everybody, Somebody, Anybody, and Nobody.
Everybody thinks Somebody will surely do it.
It is a job Anybody can do. But Nobody is doing it.
At least I’m trying. What are you doing?
It is dangerous to be right
when the government is wrong.
VOLTAIRE
All truth passes through three stages.
First, it is ridiculed.
Second, it is violently opposed.
Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.
ARTHUR SCHOPENHAUER (1788-1860)
Please take the time to email the Supreme Judicial Court Justices below so that those who have the courage to run for elected office and innate change may continue to do so without fear of imprisonment for exposing corruption within our system.
