I listened to abridged interview yesterday, very great to hear. I had heard a rumor (maybe here?) that Barney Frank had voted for the border fence: did you ask about that? Anyway, I’ll check out the full thing later.

Also, I’d been meaning to contact about this before, but a couple weeks ago when the whole “law and order” stuff was starting, where Jim made a reference to none of the candidates for Gov actually having been in jobs where they could be “tough on crime” which I think was seriously neglectful of Deval Patrick’s primary government experience as chief federal civil rights enforcer: he was tough on crimes ranging from mistreatement of inmates in our prisons, to racist attacks on black churches.
