In the battle for control of the U.S. Senate, its all tied with 49 seats rated as Republican or Leans Republican and 49 seats are rated as Democrat or Leans Democrat (see State-by-State Summary). Only two states remain in the Toss-Up category–New Jersey, and Missouri.

Votemaster has similar data on his poll amalgamtion site with the current breakdown being 49/49/2 with NJ and MO being the ties. Also of good news he has Dems LEADING in the House 218 to 216 with one tie.

However note, his methodology on the races that have not been polled is very suspect. He is using the 2004 vote as the indicator if no poll has been taken in this cycle.
