The Stein campaign for Secretary of State continues to gather momentum. Today we learned that two more dailies (in addition to the MetroWest Daily News) have endorsed Jill Stein (J) for Secretary of State. From the S-T endorsement:
The voters need an activist secretary of state who will open up government on Beacon Hill Complicated hundred-page bills such as the health care insurance bill are too often released from closed sessions in the 11th hour, giving the public no time for thoughtful review. This leads to problems like the fact the new health care law does not cover a large number of young people and may not provide adequate insurance for many others
The endorsement concludes that “A vote for Jill Stein is a statement that more must be done to increase voter participation and make voting accessible for all.”

We called a supporter in Waltham who confirmed that it was in the print edition. We believe it was essentially the same one that ran in the MWDN, which is linked above.
We have got to send a mesage to Galvin that we take our votes seriously and we want clean elections. NO DIEBOLD MACHINES!
