Some Interesting Excerpts:
“Laying the foundation of a presidential candidacy, Governor Mitt Romney has spent all or part of 212 days outside Massachusetts so far in 2006, an average of more than four days on the road each week, a Globe review of his public schedules shows.”
“The overwhelming majority of Romney’s trips were purely political, related to the governors’ association, raising money for his PAC, or testing the waters for a presidential bid, a Globe review of his 2006 schedule indicates.”
“Romney’s ever-present State Police security detail accompanies him out of state; Fehrnstrom said he did not know the cost but the charge to the state was “minimized.” In June, the Globe reported that the cost of travel, lodging, and meals for the troopers had increased more than 60 percent over the previous year, to $103,000 over 11 months. Since then, however, the number of Romney excursions has increased dramatically. In October, for example, he spent only six full days and four partial days in the Bay State, his schedules show.”
He’s supposed to be running the state, not running for President. What says you, BMGers? I’m particularly interested to see how our right-wing visitors justify this. I’m sure they’ll blame the Democrats.
Willard is in serious training, and I don’t think you grasp all he is doing to honor the men he seeks to emulate. Read the whole WaPo explanation, from which the following is excerpted.

“Until now, probably no modern president was a more famous vacationer than Ronald Reagan, who loved spending time at his ranch in Santa Barbara, Calif. According to an Associated Press count, Reagan spent all or part of 335 days in Santa Barbara over his eight-year presidency — a total that Bush will surpass this month in Crawford with 3 1/2 years left in his second term.”
Think how much better Massachusetts would be if Willard vacated the state for the other 153 days as well.

Mitt Romney… he was for Massachusetts before he was against it.
Can’t we realize that His Expediency was in the commonwealth for the entirety of 153 days!!!

Look how important the number 153 is:
