I’m all for it. Where do I sign up? I had to get divorced to stay alive. I see no issue with people voting to decide what is good or bad in their community. This IS America. I have also noticed no other states jumping on the Massachusetts bandwagon. I think I’ll marry a dog, There’s no laws against it. But that doesn’t make it morally right.

Supposing the community decided that as a divorced person you had no right to remarry,you no longer had that option or choose, but the state has decided that one marriage is all that anyone gets. If it didn’t work out for you that is too bad. Do you want to live in an America that decides that personal question of choice for you? I would rather marry my dog than live in a country that told me how to live my personal life when those choices had absolutely no impact on the community.
