As many of you know, the SJC will be hearing Commonwealth v. Benjamin LaGuer on Thursday morning. I did some blogging on the case here over Christmas/New Year. Since many people were (blessedly) away from their computers that week, here is a rundown of those posts. (Sorry for the frequent posting these days, when the hearing is over I’ll be quieter again. But this is crunch time now. I’ll say more about that tomorrow.)

It’s a busy week, I know, but making sure the prosecutors don’t get away with “misstating the factual record,” as they have been doing for years in this case is crucial. Too bad Blue Mass Group didn’t exist a long time ago.
