I heard someone say that they they had gotten a permit to put those things up. Is that true?
Why did anyone give someone a permit to put ads up anywhere, let alone ads of someone giving us the finger? Not to mention, that look suspicious?
I’m hoping it isn’t true that they had a permit, because otherwise someone has some explaining to do. I also hope we don’t give out permits to put up ads of any sort. I know that billboards exist, but isn’t there a public process to go through, so it isn’t easy to just put up a billboard? plus, I’m sure the city gets paid something.

and I doubt it. For as little as they were paid, I shouldn’t think they would know how to get a permit.

Besides, the point of guerrilla marketing is to put ads in unexpected places, so its cheaper but still (or more) effective.

BTW, has anybody been arraigned for the “real” fake pipebombs?
I have a funny feeling that these guys did not have a permit to put up the “bomb Hoaxing” materials.
