Mass. Women’s Political Caucus Endorses Niki for Congress
Calling Niki “the right person at the right time to give women a voice in Washington,” the Massachusetts Women’s Political Caucus announced its endorsement of Niki Tsongas for the 5th Congressional District. “We are proud to endorse her and we know she will fight for women, working families, for a strong health care policy and for other issues important to the district.”
Ellen Murphy Meehan Named Campaign Chair
The wife of U.S. Rep. Marty Meehan will serve as Chair of the Niki Tsongas Committee.
New Website Launched
The campaign launched a new version of NikiTsongas.com. Visit the site to learn all about Niki and how you can get involved in her campaign.
Niki Wins Methuen Straw Poll
Topping her closest competitor by a large margin, Niki recently won a straw poll organized by the Methuen Democratic Town Committee.
First Organizational Meeting Draws Crowd
Over 50 volunteers attended Niki’s first organizational meeting at our Lowell headquarters, signed on as town, ward and precinct coordinators and learned how to use the campaign’s innovative, online organizing tool.
