…your post seems to suggest that the Bush II malAdministration is delaying its “report” on Cape Wind because of political influence from the Kennedys. Why would the Bush II malAdministration want to benefit the Kennedys?

The answer to the question is not intuitively obvious.
Actually, it’s my impression that the Bush administration is inclined to be considerably friendlier to the project than the Kennedys. But that doesn’t mean that BushCo can actually do anything right, least of all in the area of the environment.

No, there’s nothing intuitively obvious about Cape Wind’s situation at all.
what George Bush will do and why? The White House is like an aircraft carrier at flank speed and the steering gear is inop. It’s going to hit “something”, God only knows what!
of being fifty again that the cape Wind project of getting a green light. Kennedy and Delahunt will never allow it to be built. I have no idea why so many people are spending so much time on a project that is a non starter.
