EB3 Clobbers Jarrett Barrios in BMG A-Hole Race. New Poll

Despite a late bid by long time a-hole activist Jarrett Barrios, Ernie Boch, III supporters turned out and crowned him BMG A-hole.

The unofficial tally is 22 to 9.

With a grass root organization and an early campaign start EB3 ran a high profile pro-active campaign from the get go. “It was important to identify the most likely voters and then go from there” said Boch 3. (Boch is not related to Ernie Boch, Jr. but not sure about his relationship to the late Ernie Boch. He is hoping to be in Ernie Jr.’s will)

The race started out touch and go. The first vote was cast by Ernie who took advantage of the rule enacted this year and voted for himself. “I’m not sure if Barrios knew he could vote for himself,” Ernie said. “At ther early stages of a race like this a 2 vote swing can change momentum. Everyone wants to be with a winner.”

Political analysts agree that a Ernie’s late drive can be attributed to Lynne from Lowell chastising him for asking Eileen Donohue how much money she lent her campaign.

Lynn came storming in like Mandy Pepperidge on steroids and extolled

“Do you have to be such a jerk about everything all the time? Good lord.”

“Support like Lynne gave cannot be gotten over a two week period, it takes months to cultivate,” boasted Ernie.

Barrios was unavailable for comment however his spokesperson, Doug Hathaway, expressed no regrets. “We knew we were getting into this thing late and although Jarrett has solid a-hole credentials in wide areas we had to sharpen our message for the BMG voter. I think we did a good job considering the time factor and the jump start our opponent had.”

Ernie agreed with Hathaway’s assessment. Noting also how he searched for the right district/blog to campaign in before settling on BMG. He admits to being a carpet bagger.  “I came pretty close to going with a blog for a Texas high school football team. I had plenty of material to work with and I like football. But those people carry guns and aren’t afraid to shoot them. The most BMG people carry are rape whistles and environmentally safe pepper spray in non-aerosol containers. I don’t know what the BMG women carry.”

When asked about Ernie’s victory, Charley Blandy, a BMG co-founder, stated, “I knew he was an asshole from day one.”  Blandy had mixed emotions about the election results. “Sure he is an asshole, but do I want him to be BMG’s Asshole?”

Hmmm, time for a new poll.

      The editors contributed to driving away some of BMG’s most interesting posters (i.e. lightiris, steverino) a few weeks ago for the tone or language of their posts, yet you continue to celebrate the presence of Ernie, who seems to communicate strictly through insulting and being rude.  I just don’t get it.

        • he sticks to his own “ooh! ooh!  me! me!” diaries such as this one. its when he gets into meatier territiry and drops fuckbombs and such that he becomes a problem.  i don’t find that cute.  i find that counterproductive.  but he seems to be the editors’ pet, so he can shit on the carpet any time he likes.  apparently.

          • Their petty stupidness [the drunken grave diggers] and mere cupidity… becomes a kind of tonic for the mean and dangerous behavior of the ruling class robber barons which generally is front and center in Shakespear…I don’t think Ernie is cute, or funny, but his posts are dumb [whether or not he is] which seems to be a relief, at times.  That is the best I can explain it anyway, watching him stagger about…
