Barry Finegold has confirmed his attendence at Saturday’s 3PM blogger Q&A at UMass Lowell, a part of the New England News Forum one-day media and educational conference.
Finegold joins Jamie Eldridge and Eileen Donoghue for this first forum of the 5th district Congressional race. The other candidates have been invited and may yet confirm as well.
The 3-4pm session is free and open to the public and will be moderated by the venerable Dick Howe, and myself. If you want to come for the whole day (tons of neat sessions going on) register here, for a reasonable price!

I want to go, but it’s the night before Easter, and Lowell is two hours away from where I live in good driving weather. And I have an Easter Vigil service to sing at that same evening in Worcester.

Sigh. Why does everything have to happen on the same few days? I would have loved to have heard Finegold speak.
And I’ll tell you this much: bloggers will be putting on a full, formal forum at some point in the future. We set good precident with our Lt Gov debate last year and we want to emulate and improve on that model.
