Reality-based commentary on politics.
In a more serious vein, the Vancouver Sun reports today that a big government-sponsored study concluded that kids do just as well with same-sex as with different-sex parents, and perhaps even a smidge better.

The study was commissioned by the former Liberal government, but [surprise surprise] the results were apparently withheld by the current Tory government. It took a freedom of information request by a university professor to force a copy from Mr Harper’s loving embrace. So far, I have not been able to find a link to the study itself. Hopefully the prof, Dr. Hastings, will post it soon.
