I know some BMG’s are tired of hearing MetroWest folks complain about the inequity of charging Pike users tolls while others get their highways maintained without paying anything more than gas tax.
But today’s whine in the MetroWest Daily News comes with a bonus: Information on how you can park in a garage a short walk from Quincy Market for up to two hours for a single dollar.
Don’t thank me, thank the Mass. Pike tollpayers, who, thanks to a political deal made with Tom Menino and the Beacon Hill gang, forego $1 to $3 million in revenue to provide the discount.
