I love Guiliani’s take on Iraq being central to the war on terror…if we only have a strategic view. Thank you Mayor…now I get it. I had missed so much being concerned about the 3500 plus US soldiers dead and tens of thousands seriously wounded, the countless thousands of Iraqis killed as collateral damage, civil war, revenge, genuine terrorism and the two million refugees leaving the country…not to mention the loss of US prestige in the world and the no end in site (South Korea my #$%) I had always assumed it was some kind of strategic blunder. My mistake.
