It’s time for the Cambridge Drinking Liberally Summer Bar Crawl! Join this friendly group of liberals as we chat about politics, grab some drinks, and explore Cambridge’s many fine bars.
Over the next few weeks, we’ll be meeting on Wednesdays at 7 PM at different bars around Cambridge, in order to decide on our new watering hole. So, if you have never experienced the wonder that is an evening of fun and open progressive conversation, and cold ones with some cool people, be sure to come by and talk it up.
This week: We’re at the People’s Republik in Central Square, at 876 Massachusetts Ave, just down from the Central Square T stop towards Harvard Square on the left (it’s a red, yellow, and black building with the words ?PEOPLES REPUBLIK? on top.) Bring cash, as they don’t take credit cards.
Next week’s Cambridge DL will be at Red Line in Harvard Square!
Questions? Interested in getting emails about future meetings? Just like reading blogs? Come on by http://cambridge.dri… for all your Cambridge Drinking Liberally needs!
More info about Cambridge Drinking Liberally: We are a fun and casual group of people who just like to chat about politics, in a laid-back atmosphere. While our conversations have a leftist slant, everyone and anyone is welcome to join us. The conversation is wide-ranging and wide-open: anything that’s on your mind is fair game. You don’t have to have a Ph.D. in Political Science, you don’t have to be a member of the ACLU, and you don’t have to buy everyone drinks (not that we’d try to stop you…) Just drop by, grab a drink, and chat away. Bring a friend, or a coworker, or even that cute guy you just met on the T!
