What does it mean in IL when you sponsor a bill? By “sponsor”, should we read “authored” or “shepherded”? Or is it more like “signed on to”? It would be interesting to be able to actually read the stuff he’s authored. Anyone know if these’s a clickable list like that? How about for the other candidates?
