In Iowa recently, Romney said that there are 13 counties in Massachusetts. As any former governor of the Commonwealth worth his salt knows, there are 14.

Who says the MSM can’t fact check?
I’ve worked for statewide agencies, and just for ease of organization, you talk about counties a lot, particularly “the four western counties.” For a governor of Massachusetts to make such a mistake is almost as bad as Rudy saying New York has four boroughs.
