Monday night, at the American Legion Burlington, friends, family and supporters of Charley Murphy gathered to celebrate the official kick-off of Charley’s campaign for the state Senate. The event drew well over 200 people, including state representatives Peter Koutoujian, Bill Green, Bob Rice and Barry Finegold. Also in attendance were many of Burlington’s Board of Selectmen members, including Walter Zenkin, Sonia Rollins, Gary Gianino and Ralph Patuto.
Speakers for the evening included Planning Board member Jayne Hyde, Rep. Bob Rice and Charley. Charley introduced his family to the audience and spent his time talking about his plan to fight for the residents of the 4th Middlesex district. Everyone in attendance had a great time and are energized for the campaign.
