I consider myself fairly unmoved by the common talking points on both sides of the aisle. But every so often, I see another piece of evidence that FOX News really is a right-wing codpiece, I mean, mouthpiece.
Found on today’s news.google.com:
“Rush Limbaugh Slams Democrats for Falsely Targeting Him” (FOX News)
For comparison, the next two headlines plucked up by google news on this story were:
“Top Democrat blasts Limbaugh for ‘phony soldiers’ comment” (CNN)
“Rush reply to attacking veteran: Suicide bomber” (Baltimore Sun)
Riiiiiggghttt. So…
If you want factual, quote-based reporting on a battle of words between Rush Limbaugh and Democratic leaders, read CNN, the Baltimore Sun, or any other credible source. (Why you would want to read about that I don’t know; but if you did, that’s where you’d go.)
On the other hand, if you want to hear how Rush Limbaugh “slammed” Democrats making “false” accusations, read FOX News.
The airwaves are a public commodity. FOX “News” should get the hell off.
