The laws of thermodynamics tell us there is no free lunch in the generation of energy yet the quest continues to this very day and it leads down some very interesting avenues.
Given my personal experiences on this earth reconfirmed with our current state of affairs any good person should opt for the hopeful outlook. What could that be?

I do have to admit being taken in with my first viewing of Inconvienient Truth. Like any rational human and especially with my love of nature I wanted to do my part. As time went on though the ugly aspects and the fanaticism of this “movement” showed themselves.

Those energy saving twisty lamps people are calling to be mandatory are ALL hand/slave made, crappily and incorrectly I might add, in a Communist totalitarian police state. As an added benefit they all contain the neurotoxin mercury and some claim the 60hertz oscillations of the light contibute to foul moods in humans.
As much as we all want the lunatics of the last six years to fade away and die I see no need to replace the global war on terror with a global tax on modern western lifestyle.
