Elizabeth Edwards met some of our fabulous MA lefty-bloggers this morning. Neither David, Bob, nor I could make it (this is why, at least for David and me), but Lynne of Left in Lowell and Susan of Below Boston were able to make it, and wrote up the meeting. I'm a fan of Mrs. Edwards, who is one of the most unguarded and direct people associated with any of the campaigns from either side; faced with a life-threatening illness, she doesn't have time to mince words.
I'm definitely favorably disposed to her husband's campaign, though I have my doubts about his campaign language, since it seems too much focused on him as a personality, rather than gathering energy for a genuine popular movement. Anyway, check out the liveblogging and general impressions.
