My god, a file that is a scanned image in PDF is much larger than a the file created using the Acrobat printer option. I know, I’ve done both.

Why doesn’t the SJC just require that the briefs be delivered on disc using the Acrobat printer? No paper copy necessary. They could even be emailed.
I do provide them on disc, but don’t know for sure if that is used [along with the required paper copies]. They do not ask for that, though.
