    The measure exempts Cape Wind and the Cashman project from regulatory hurdles in the state’s Ocean Sanctuaries Act, which limits or bans development in most coastal waters.

    p>Cape Wind never WAS effected by the Ocean Snactuary Act, as it is not in an ocean sanctuary and is in Federal waters.  Cashman’s project, OTOH, is dependent on gutting it.

    p>I object to these two projects being linked like this, but that’s the usual shoddy Globe reporting.
