Found this line from another blogger on the politico website. Good hammering of the Clintons.
If Obama is going to have a chance to win this thing, he is going to have to come off of his defensive position and go after the Clintons. This whole country is waiting for someone to tell the truth about the Clintons and stop tip toeing around it. If Obama was to say something like …. Bill and Hillary have already had 8 years … and yes, the economy did well, partly because of their work and partly because of what happened in Sililcon Valley. But they had 8 years to pass health care reform, and failed … had 8 years to reform immigration, and failed … had 8 years improve the long term condition of Social Security and Medicare, and failed … Had 8 years to really do something about America’s failing schools, and failed … had 8 years to put in place an energy plan that would lead us to energy independence, and failed. They passed all these unsolved problems on to President Bush just like Bush and Reagan passed them on to them and just like Bush II is goiing to pass them on once again. Instead of solving these problems, the Clintons got bogged down in scandal after scandal and the situation with Lewinski that completely distracted them from their real responsibility. They had their chance … they had 8 YEARS! It’s time to turn the page and move on. It’s time to stop the politics of destroying the other side. It’s time to pay attention and acknowledge why half the country has such an unfavorable opinion of the Clintons. HALF THE COUNTTRY! These people are not our enemies, they are our neighbors, our co-workers our fellow Americans and many of them absolutely can’t stand the Clintons. It’s time for real change, not 4 more years of what the country already rejected.

Bush…Clinton…Bush…Clinton?

p>What next — Jeb Bush in 2012 or 2016? Will Chelsea be old enough to run in 2024?

p>There is something fundamentally wrong with dynasties in a democracy, republic, or however you want to characterize our political system.

Eight years of low unemployment and low inflation, along with a rising stock market. In shorthand – everything that should have been up was up and everything that should have been down was down. The Dow rose to record levels and 22 million jobs were created, while passing balanced budgets for the first time since Nixon and even creating a surplus. Sure the Clintons had their setbacks, but they were faced for six of those years with a Congressional majority that did not only happen to be of the opposing party, but felt they had a mandate to oppose them. Even the first two years with a Democratic majority, Democrats got scared and after 12 years of Republicans in the White House were not used to falling in line behind a President. I’ll take another eight years in a heartbeat and that is a key reason I am supporting Hillary – to return that couple to the White House. If she is the nominee we should work hard to see her win in a landslide and make the Vast Right Wing Conspiracy like it!

p>As for dynasties referenced in another comment – as long as they are legitimately elected it shouldn’t matter. After all we are the state of the Kennedys and Adamses. I must say though that I liked what Hillary said about this in one of the debates early on. An audience questioner asked that if a Bush were elected in 1988, a Clinton in 1992 and 1996, and a Bush in 2000 and 2004, how could another Clinton represent change. She began her reply by saying, “First of all I thought someone else was elected in 2000!” With an all Democratic audience that brought down the house.

Now that was a winner. De-regulation too.
What is the Clinton body count anyway, I forget those websites.
