1: A total over haul of probate law.
2. An overhaul of many of the provisions of G.L. c. 208 which controls divorce, including another look at a shared custody presumption.
3. A look at how guardianship of the elderly, disabled, and minors are handled, and how guardians are appointed.
4. The ability of children to testify against parents in criminal proceedings and a whole lot more….
