Wonder if we can ever get back to the business of running Massachusetts.
It was really very “political” of Patrick to go to New Hampshire last night to support Obama.
It will be rather very political of Patrick to have huge fundraiser today in Boston to help support Obama.
Yet who is running our state while Patrick travels to support Obama?
I certainly agree Obama sounds very similar to the Patrick campaign of “06” too much for many and obviously too much for the voters in New Hampshire.
Before our newly elected Governor moves on to the next political cause so to speak should he have some type of “successful track record” perhaps and I know this is a real stretch like actually “FULLFILL his CAMPAIGN PLATFORM”
If you are political junkie yes, yesterday was very exciting but I would rather see our Governor in his office working to make Massachusetts a better place for those who voted for him because they believed in his speeches, and believed in his promises.
“Together yes we can” but there has been no together, the average citizen has no more a voice today in government than during the dark Romney days of special interest and big business money friends.
It appears currently in Massachusetts the average citizen from that Patrick grassroots campaign hasn’t even got even a bronze!
Taxes are up, schools are down, the elderly, poor and disabled are cold (well except for the last two days)
Never mind we just spent over a million dollars in tax money on legal fees to criminally charge a company with a crime that can only result in a one thousand dollar fine.
I know I made this point a few days ago and took a beating so to speak from the organizers of this site who actually requested a list of “what do you expect to be done,” but sadly the truth remains the truth.
Well, just a reflection on the day after the New Hampshire primary. Let the attack dogs’ type!

The governor has no power to do anything. Without the blessing of the real power in the legislature, you could elect an old shoe governor and it would make only the slightest difference.

p>This criticism of Patrick is as silly as the criticism of absentee governor Romney was.
