It’s well worth a read.
While other candidates are promising change, the cash-strapped Giuliani campaign is all but begging contributors for whatever change they can spare.
Rudy Giuliani himself is still rich enough to keep his Judi happy, but his campaign is becoming as broke as the panhandlers he once sought to vanquish from the city’s streets.
So I figured I would do my part to help out the man America knows as the hero of 9/11.
I arrived at the Watts St. entrance to the Holland Tunnel yesterday with a hand-lettered cardboard sign hanging by twine from my neck:
“SQUEEGEE MEN FOR RUDY – ALL CHANGE IS GOOD.”

I’d be LMAO, because Romney’s actions and behavioiurs during 9/11 were anything but heroic. He gave radios to the NYFD to use which were known to not have worked (from the less-severe 1993 attack on the WTC prior to 9/11), and the fact that Giiuliani put the communications center right smack inside the WTC Towers, plus the fact that Giuliani had a no-bid contract with Motorola, which manufactures some of the crummiest equipment anyway. The notion that many firemen went back into the building to save companions was a myth–not true. Many firement’s “mayday” calls were unheard in the towers due to nonworking radios, which hadn’t even been tested, either.

p>Giuliani managed to deftly fool the public into believing that he was a hero of 9/11, but he wasn’t.
