State Senator Anthony Galluccio has spent the bulk of his first term seeing to it that most, if not all of his colleagues, including the Senate President, despise him.
Rather than doing a six month stint with Angela Cabral for a third offense OUI he is instead pissing off each and every Senator and others he comes in contact with. His ego surpasses those of Mark Montigney and Brian Joyce. But he is worse, my Senate spies tell me. His problem is that he thinks evryone does or should have the same opinion of him as he does of himself. His lack of common sense when it comes to protocols and professionalism makes this one train wreck worth keeping an eye on.
The former Cambridge City Council wants people to know he got there on his brain power. So the intellectual that he is chooses to keep telling colleagues by trying to show them up whenever he can.
Wicked freakin’ smart there, Galluch.
Why does this matter? Because he is now an ineffectual state senator. Nobody wants to help him. Which means he gets zero done for his district and constituents. And he has one of the most unique and special needs district in the state.
Why is this guy unopposed?
You Cantabridgeans need to find a candidate in two years.
How about a write-in candidate for this Sept.?
… accusation after accusation and no proof whatsoever. Got any support for your claim that he’s been more “ineffectual” than most? Note that the guy has only held the seat for less than 6 months.
sorry, to be precise I looked it up and it’s about 6 months and 3 weeks.
It’s only taken him six months to alienate his fellow senators.
A new record.
A House member issues a warning or threat to a fellow state rep and you claim she’s wrong to publicize very bad behavior. You claimed she should have just sucked it up. And now you have publicized the fact that we have Senators complaining about a fellow state senator openly, because he’s done what, exactly? Drills down on the material that they’re too lazy to review? Shows up at meetings prepared? Missed the butt kissing session? Forgot to invite them to Kumbaya on the Commons?
