The Sterling Democratic Town Committee will host a forum with the Democratic candidtes for the open Worcester and Middlesex state senate seat on Monday, June 23 at 6:30 p.m. at the First Church in Sterling. The forum will be the first debate between the candidates running to replace Senator Bob Antonioni (D-Leominster).
State Representative Jennifer Flanagan of Leominster and former State Representative Brian Knuuttila of Gardner will be there to debate the issues facing our district and the commonwealth and to answer questions from voters.
The Worcester and Middlesex senate district includes the towns of Ashby, Bolton, Clinton, Lancaster, Lunenburg, Sterling, Townsend and Westminster, along with the cities of Fitchburg, Gardner, and Leominster.
