  1. I’m very impressed with your photos!  I’m also pleased that you found the bloggers workshop helpful.  Maybe you can throw on some captions for those who don’t know the speakers?  

    • I wanted to get the photos posted and I ran out of time. I had them labeled on Flickr, and somehow imagined the captions would transfer with the pix. silly me…

    • Murphy and Walsh have serious double chins. They look Peter Griffin esque. Deval looks inspiring too bad 56% of MA thinks he’s ineffective-too bad he can’t inspire with ideas or success. Oh and RFK Jr. has no credibility on the environment, he is chair of the anti-Cape Wind group Save our Sound aka Save our multi million dollar views. Lastly Kerry is a fossil and its time we filled our state party with new blood and new ideas. That was one of the reasons we picked Patrick over Reilly a belief it wouldn’t be business as usual-sadly it has been and its time to really clean house. Maybe even elect some sensible Republicans to state wide office.  

      • Jill Stein would make a better SoS than Galvin.
        The Green challenger to De Nucci was worth a shot. By definition a one party state is not a democracy and its time we undue some of the bad Blue that makes up our Blue Mass.  

          • An autocracy would be just one person. (Then again most folks around here know what I think of DiMasi….) đŸ™‚

            • DiMasi doesn’t run the Democratic Party, just the State House.

              p>I don’t think the Democratic Party is organized enough to count as an oligarchy.

            • Wouldnt true tokenism be electing candidates simply because they are women? Or mandating proportional elections so that half our congressional delegation is female for instance? The true test of the glass ceiling breaking is when women win higher office due to their merit and not because of their gender-Coakley has shown that she has succeeded in law and politics due to her wit and wisdom-not because of her gender. Proposing policies to get a “fairer ratio” would demean the accomplishments of those that achieved such heights making them tokens by default. Im sure Martha wouldn’t approve, neither would Nikki or Hillary for that matter.  

      • Murphy, Murray- what’s the difference? All us potato heads look alike, right?  

        • Im a fellow potato head (though I lack Murray and Walsh’s double chin)and simply slipped up while typing it out. They are pretty similar sounding.
