I have to say that after watching the clip I like DiMasi a little better, although I disagree with the idea that he should keep things from being voted on. If people in Holliston are that opposed to allowing Boston or Cambridge to tax meals, they should just vote against the thing. “Debatable” and novel ideas shouldn’t just die in committees- they should get a full debate and a vote.
