Continuing in a series of quick video profiles of people we meet in Denver, here is Justine Lam, the director of online marketing for Politicker. We talked with Justine in Politicker’s Denver headquarters: a Starbucks near the Pepsi Center, in which she, along with Politicker’s reporters, national editor, and web guru are spending much of their time. Politicker is a very interesting phenomenon in news-gathering: they work only online, but they are not bloggers, and they focus exclusively on local content. Jeremy Jacobs of PolitickerMA has already established himself as a significant presence on the MA political scene, and Politicker is here in force, with almost 20 reporters, each required to post 10 stories a day (!).
