This is a 110 page .pdf – a bit longer than the not quite 2 pages that the Bush/Paulsen team lobbed at Congress.
Tried to print it out, but my machine jammed and created a wrinkled mess – too much humidity in my paper right now. So I will ask a friend in a downtown office with controlled humidity to print it out, tomorrow.
But for those who just cannot wait, there it is, with all its warts, loopholes, wrinkles and internal contradictions.
