While it is a bit sad that I am watching C-SPAN on a Saturday night, I do have the distinct honor of of watching what appears to be the last speech of Tom Tancredo’s remarkable career.
Not satisfied with his standard anti-immigrant rant, Tancredo opened his comments by blaming our current Wall Street debacle on illegal immigrants getting mortgages. If I can get a transcript excerpt, I’ll add a link.
He just referred to “the cult of multiculturalism”, and now he’s quoting the Koran. It’s a shame the chamber is empty ’cause he’s been granted an hour of speaking time. This guy is an embarrassment that nobody will miss.
