Yes, it’s bad, but in the scheme of things, we shouldn’t be wrecking state and city government over this.

p>However, I have a different. Inspector General Gregory Sullivan was responsible for the investigation. Do we have any evidence that the Inspector General’s office is under-resourced. I would bet that it should have resources such that it is occasionally idle, i.e. it should have a small backlog, it should be actively looking for trouble, and it should be effective at finding it and stopping it.
