I’m no lawyer, but can he vote for himself? I’m guessing that Alaska would allow felons who complete probation/parole to vote – but will that happen in time for the election?

although it may depend on how the appeal process works. According to felonvoting.procon.org, Alaskans are denied the right to vote if they are incarcerated, on parole, or on probation.
