Interestingly piece of trivia: Guam is actually the first place to start voting in the general election, at 5pm EST, 7 hours before the strike of midnight at which Dixville Notch votes. Guam is the only U.S. possession to hold an election, even though none of them have any Electoral College votes. Still, Dixville Notch is the first place to report its results, while Guam’s polls are open until 5am EST.

Did you say RON PAUL got two votes?
Fairly cost effective, if one thinks of things in terms of dollars spent per vote recieved.
