The Election Canvassing Board of Minnesota is expected to provisionally certify the election of Al Franken by 225 votes today. There is apparently a 7-day window in which Coleman can file a lawsuit which he may very well do. Coleman already has a case pending before the state Supreme Court, but this gives Franken the PR legitimacy of being seen as the winner.
