Point out to each individual neighborhood what specifically sucks in their neighborhood because of Menino incompetence. Then tell them what you would do.
Be specific in Menino’s failures. Not generalities. Think like you are trying a case. Facts baby, facts!
What specifically has Menino done and failed to do that requires him being replaced?
Make your case.
You and your family are great organizers and strategists. This is a one on one campaign. Sooooo much different than at-large candidacy where voters have 4 votes to give.
First place at large race is historically a tease to run for mayor or rep or whatever. (Not just Boston, everywhere)
