Sorry for this completely pedestrian posting, but I know there are BMGers out there who are involved in local government and who might be able to answer this question. Do any of you know of any local bylaw or ordinance or charter provision that requires city or town officials to post certain public documents on the local government’s website? Thanks in advance.
