HCR6 the Jeffersonian Principles bill has been trashed “in committee” in spit of passonate response from the few constituents who have heard about it. I take that indicator as a very good sign.

We’ve tried nullification, which I believe got the ultimate slapdown in the 1860s. As for seatbelts, about time NH caught up. It was one example of my theory that “Live Free or Die” should really be construed as “Live Free AND Die.”
Does this mean private citizens should be able to keep missile launchers and tactical nuclear weapons?
