p>I am not a lawyer, but a commission agreement for past performance might be enforceable. It reads like Treasury doesn’t want to take it on.
After all, if counsel can scare Obama and all the fury of citizens having their pockets picked by greedy derivative banksters, counsel earns it $950.00+ an hour. If strong words keep the bosses dough in his pocket, guess there is more for hired guns, right?
