Vigil this Saturday at the corner of Rt. 27 and Rt. 135 in Natick. A moving monthly multi-town vigil for peace from 12:00 – 1:00, sponsored by Metrowest Peace Action. Groups and individuals from Weston, Framingham, Natick, Walpole, Wayland, Holliston and other towns will convene for a joint peace vigil Saturday in Natick to say we still want peace. We will be remember the 6th anniversary of the Iraq War and asking for cuts in the military budget to fund human needs.
There will be a brown bag lunch and meeting afterward in St. Paul’s Episcopal church where we will discuss ways to advance the peace agenda.
