WRKO Desperation Ploy And When Will Rush Come Out Of The Closet !

WRKO/Entercom on the verge of its own bankruptcy is asking its

listener

to write to President Obama to force him to debate with the Drug Addled, Deaf and Bloated rush limbaugh.

What would really draw an audience to the FatOne is if Limbaugh would finally come out of the closet…

    p>Gene Burns (or Harry Sobel) followed by Jerry Williams, followed by David Brudnoy was an unmatched line up of talent.

        p>Brudnoy was on WHDH  then WRKO then WBZ

        • David was not fired by WRKO I don’t believe. He may have been fired by the old WHDH Radio AM 850 before he went to WKO in 1981. As to leaving WRKO he got a better deal at WBZ which tried to fire him a few years later and replace him with the syndicated Tom Snyder show. Snyder lasted about two weeks and the complaints were so strong that they brought Bruds back and he remained there until his passing. He is missed.

          Well, he went to WLVI for a few years and then WBZ Radio where he had his own talk show. Now, he is the political commentator on Channel 4. Jon Keller.
