Are you refering to racial profiling? Are you actually saying that in the year 2009 we SHOULD be conscienciously judging someone by the color of his skin rather than by the content of his character? If so, you’re farther off the deep end than I thought. I thought your ilk was more likely to just pretend prejudice has disappeared completely (don’t we wish!). You certainly whined quite a bit about Sotomayor being an “affirmative action” appointment, so which is it? Should we consider racial/ethnic background or not?
