I found this piece on an aspect of fallout from Ted Kennedy’s passing which I hadn’t seen discussed here yet. It addresses who can take Kennedy’s HELP chairmanship and the political implications thereof. It basically comes down to what Chris Dodd decides to do and the dominoes fall from there.
