Bank of America has missed its deadline to turn over documents in the Congressional investigation of the bank’s takeover of Merrill Lynch. Rep. Edolphus Towns, chair of the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, has asked to meet with Anne Finucane, BoA chief strategy and marketing officer before issuing a subpoena to order compliance. Now here is a Boston connection that should prove interesting over the next week or so. Will Anne play “Hardball” with the U.S. Congress?
