Reported in the Saturday Patriot Ledger that District Court Judge Paul Dawley has impounded the TRO – Temporary Restraining Order – taken out by a woman who was allegedly assaulted by Milton Deputy Police Chief Paul Nolan.
The TRO is to be impounded until at least October 21 even though the woman in question called Quincy Police 911 on September 10 that she had been struck in the face by this Milton Deputy Police Chief Paul Nolan.
Where is the rest of the press on this issue and where are the women protective agencies on this.
Would think that the Patriot Ledger and other press would have demanded that the Quincy Police release the recorded 911 call this woman made as she was allegedly being hit by this Milton cop.
This whole thing smells to high heaven. At nearly the same time this woman reported that she had been attacked by Milton Deputy Police Chief Paul Nolan the “press office” of the Milton Police released a statement to all the press that Milton Deputy Police Chief Paul Nolan would be out on a 30 day sick leave. How convenient that the Milton Police would release this press statement while the 911 call and TRO were still active.
As this case continues it looks more and more like a cover-up at all levels from Milton Police Chief Richard Wells to District Court Judge Paul Dawley.
Had this been average Joe would he have been afforded the same cover-up? Do not think so.
