You can take a mainstream path and just say “If he is here, he is guilty”. I just put “radical alternate worldview” on my jury form.
Tons of reasons 911 MIHOP, all law is admiralty law because of the gold braid around any flag you will see in a court or government building.
The falsehoods of American history are simply amazing. Banks funding both sides from Nazi Germany, thru the cold war and continuing today with this war of error. All to prop up corpo-globo-fascism.
Hey, face it you have been lied to every second of your stay here so how can you possibly render a decision which might affect somebody elses life.
It’s getting really offensive now. Starting to view all people in the zombie category. Can tell the political orientations, what myths they subscribe to an on to what I should say back to them to avoid anger. Suburban simpletons one and all with the real evil people coming from the cities. People told half, quarter, no one ten thousanth of the truth their entire lives. No wonder the empire is dying.

of Nancy Grace on HLN/CNN and I have to spiritually cleanse. It is harder and harder every day to seek out the good in people.

You are watching Nancy Grace, it’s kind of like watching Springer.

Jury duty is one of the only times your country asks you to serve it. As the US Courts site says: “The protection of rights and liberties of litigants in federal courts is largely achieved through the teamwork of judge and jury.” Same goes for the rights of the accused.

p>Service is usually quite interesting and they always tell you how long a case will take. They also allow you to postpone if you have a conflict.

p>Out of all your bizarre, rambling rants, this is the most offensive.

it is a duty, a responsibility as a member of a society that guarantees members the right to a trial with a jury of your peers.

p>Skipping out for whatever reason is making someone else take your turn. We definitely needs civics in our grade school education.
<
p>In Mass, it’s one day/one trial and in my experience at learning opportunity.

you really don’t want people suffering from paranoid delusions serving on juries.
<
p>It is a little disappointing when showing up for jury duty how many people try to weasel out of it. Personally, I have been quite happy to serve, but the combination of my profession (software engineer) and my wife’s (physician) tends to get me tossed on preemptory challenges, so to date I have only made it onto one jury.

I’ve served once and thoroughly enjoyed it. I’ve gotten bounced twice: once they booted everyone wearing ties, the other because I’m in management and the case involved someone attacking a manager.

I’m relieved Lasthorseman manages to get him excluded from jury duty. Immensely relieved.
